We live on a wonderful planet!
We get everything we need from Mother Earth! If we are hungry it gives us food, if we are thirsty it gives us water. We know what we need. Without food we would die within 1-2 weeks. Without water we would only manage for 2-3 days. But there is another thing that is very important to us, and that is oxygen. Oxygen is the most important component of the air. Without air, we would die within 3 minutes. Our wonderful Earth gives us everything we need to live. But unfortunately, due to overpopulation and extreme environmental pollution, we have destroyed nature and its balance. We have endangered the Earth's ecosystem and thus our own existence. The atmosphere on our Earth has evolved over millions of years. When the seas were full of oxygen, the oxygen left the seas and created the ozone layer around the Earth.
The highest oxygen content in Earth's history was 34-38%. Today there is only 21%. And in closed room, this value is only 14-16%. Oxygen is a colorless, odorless gas. The problem is that lack of oxygen is not perceived by us.
There is less and less oxygen on Earth. In the last 50 years, humanity has doubled its figures. In the last 50 years, the number of dead oxygen-free areas in the seas has quadrupled. Coastal waters with oxygen deficiency have increased more than ten times since 1950. These facts are the result of a study conducted by an international research team and the article was published in the Science journal.
About half of the Earth's oxygen comes from the oceans. Climate change and water pollution are increasing at the same time the number and size of oxygen-dead zones, in both open seas and coastal waters. Where oxygen levels are too low, all life will be lost. " - Vlagyimir Rjabinyin's secretary, explained the committee secretary.
“Oxygen is a necessity for life at sea and earth. Oxygen depletion in the seas is one of the most serious environmental impacts caused by us humans. " - Posted by Denise Breitburg, lead author of the study, Smithsonian Environmental Scientist - Central Marine Biologist.
“Oxygen deficiency results in the release of dangerous substances to ex. laughing gas. This greenhouse gas is three times more powerful than carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfate. " - scientists warn of the development.
Forest logging and forest fires further degrade air quality and reduce oxygen in the air.
Some people will have symptoms later in the body. And some people have symptoms right away.
Symptoms of oxygen deficiency:
- deterioration of the general state,
- poor concentration,
- digestive problems and insufficient metabolism,
- collection of poisons,
- low oxygen levels lead to illness,
- in a state of oxygen deficiency, the body's cell resistance to various viruses, bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms decreases.
It’s called hypoxia when the body does not get enough oxygen. During hypoxia, the blood oxygen levels drop and the cells do not get enough oxygen, so the cells’ metabolism and function deteriorate. Hypoxia can cause many problems ranging from the milder to severe symptoms. Unfortunately, nowadays many people suffer from anoxia without their knowledge due to environmental damage! Proper oxygenation of our body is the foundation of our health and the good functioning of our entire body system! Many times, unfortunately, we are not in a position to change our environment. In this case, controlled quality oxygen supplement products can be very effective in maintaining our health!
Every cell in your body is designed to burn oxygen–it’s the basic fuel for cell metabolism. Cut back on oxygen and all of those cellular processes become sluggish.. you start to feel fatigued or short of breath. Less oxygen equates to cells losing the energy they need to repair DNA. Your immune system begins to weaken. Your risk of becoming sick or contracting disease escalates. Hypoxia produces more severe and faster symptoms than vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Oxygen is the number one life-giving element of our body. Without food and water we can endure for days but without oxygen for only a few minutes!
WHAT CAN BE THE CAUSES OF HYPOXIA?
SMOG AND AIR POLLUTION
CONTINOUS MASK USE
HEALTH PROBLEMS AND AGE
EXHAUSTED AIR OF CROWDED PLACES
CONSEQUENCES OF HYPOXIA
Shortness of breath
Weakened immune system
Diminished physical performance
I would like to add some quotes:
Dr. Otto Wartburg, a well-known biochemist, Nobel Laureate and physician, was the first to prove that the development of degenerative disorders in an oxygen-rich environment is a barrier.
“Insufficient oxygen means insufficient biological energy, which can manifest itself in mild fatigue or even lead to life-threatening illness. The link between insufficient oxygen and disease has long been proven. " - Dr. W. Spencer Way, Journal of the American Association of Physicians
The effect of oxygen on mental activity.
“Many clinical studies on healthy active adults have shown that more oxygen improves mental performance. Memory performance to cite an example ”- Dr. Andew Schol from the Department of Psychology University of Northumbri. - PUBMED - indexed for MEDLINE.
